True belonging--a sense of connection, freedom, and joy--is possible in any moment, in any circumstance, for anyone. However, true belonging is not a destination; it is the process of continually reconnecting to the present moment, including everything happening in our lives and in our world.
Join us for this day-long program where we will use meditation, contemplation and relational practices to explore reconnecting to ourselves and each other. Beginning by going inwards, we will establish a sense of stillness and belonging to ourselves. Connecting to the environment around us, we will create a sense of belonging to nature. And using guided relational exercises, we will cultivate a feeling of belonging to each other. Most of the day will be held in silence. Please bring a pen and journal or something with which to write.
This program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
