make space is a 6–week course designed to introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness meditation and contemplative practices.
The course will be conducted in–person in an intimate setting so that you can develop and begin to sustain a personal practice of meditation, journaling and other contemplative practices that will bring more ease and well–being to your life.
Over 6–weeks we will explore what sustains and what challenges us in our aspiration for more well–being. Including how to:
learn mindfulness & contemplative practices for self–discovery
cultivate kindness & compassion to meet challenges
balance habits & tendencies for more well–being and joy
Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Instruction will be given for new meditators but this is not a meditation—101 class.
Weekly classes will be supplemented by resources sent by email twice weekly including readings, reflections/prompts, guided audio meditations. This course is designed to be small and supportive!
